COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Biltmore

Offering fantastic views in an amazing location, the Biltmore area is one of our city’s most acclaimed neighborhoods. As The New York Times said of the area, “Ask just about anyone why they live there, and they’ll tell you: twenty minutes. Twenty minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the theater, 20 minutes to art galleries and concerts. Twenty minutes to glitzy nightclubs, world class spas, raw desert.” The homes available range from town homes to sprawling estates, and are available for a wide range of budgets. In addition to being immediately surrounded by dozens of choices for restaurants and shopping, this family-friendly area also includes access to various walking and biking trails, world-class golf courses, premier spas, and so many other options for entertainment and relaxation. About Biltmore

Biltmore Realtor Phoenix Arizona

Location, location, location. The MoJo Team knows that every part of Scottsdale is prime real estate, as our beautiful city offers countless entertainment options, beautiful scenery, fantastic school districts, and so much more. While the Biltmore Area is in Phoenix, bordering Scottsdale, it certainly checks all of the boxes as it’s one of, if not the most, sought-after neighborhoods in the Valley. If you’re shopping for a home and comparing communities, the Biltmore Area certainly has so much to offer both individuals and families.

About The Biltmore Area

Located just north of Camelback Road, between 24th and 32nd street is one of the Valley’s most coveted residential neighborhoods, the Biltmore. What makes this area so popular? All you could ever dream of immediately surrounds the lush Biltmore neighborhood, with elegant shopping and dining options a short drive (5-10 minutes), or even accessible via a walk or charming bike ride. This area is also heralded for having a 20 minute proximity to everything else in the city you might need, including the airport, Phoenix’s downtown scene, Old Town, Mill Avenue, Midtown, Arcadia, and so much more… all 20 minutes away.

At the center of the Biltmore Area is the beautiful castle-like Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort. The architect of this Valley landmark was Albert Chase McArthur, but is often mistakenly attributed to Frank Lloyd Wright because McArthur paid Wright to use his patented block design, and Wright was on-site consulting for the project. The all-inclusive resort opened in 1929, and every President from Hoover to George W. Bush were guests of the hotel, most of them famously hitting the world-renowned links of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, which boasts of two different 18-hole courses with rolling fairways, pristine lakes, and impeccable views. The resort has numerous dining options ranging from casual comfy to sophisticated chic. A favorite of ours is the Wright Bar, which is credited with inventing the Tequila Sunrise in the 1930s.

Beyond the Arizona Biltmore, the Biltmore Fashion Park is an open-air shopping center home to some of the most luxurious shopping in Arizona. Hosting the state’s only Saks Fifth Avenue, stores also include J. Crew, Ralph Lauren, Williams-Sonoma, and more. Dining options are abundant with restaurants like The Capital Grille, Blanco, True Food Kitchen, and Seasons 52.

Biltmore Real Estate

People from around the world consider the Biltmore to be a dream destination, so imagine if you got to call it home! The New York Times once described this neighborhood as “elegant desert dwelling with a Midwest touch,” and we couldn’t agree more. While it’s certainly in the desert as evidenced by the beautiful surrounding views of Camelback Mountain, the residential area feels secluded with an abundance of lush green grass, rose gardens, and mature palm trees.

The upscale Biltmore residential area includes expansive estates, townhomes, and luxury condominiums and many of the communities across the 11 mile stretch are gated and have full-time guards, granting residents a sense of security. The highly-desired single-family homes average between 6,000-10,000 square feet, have lots up to two acres, and are known for being stunningly picturesque with gourmet kitchens, airy patios, pristine pools, tennis courts, and other luxury features.

Undoubtedly, the Biltmore Area is a gorgeous part of the Valley, and since living here is beyond desirable, you’ll need a connected luxury real estate team on your side like the MoJo Team. We can help you call this coveted neighborhood home so call our at 480-356-5647 to begin your search today!
