With your proven track record and natural ability to lead, you will successfully recruit, build and nurture sales talent, strategically cultivate new and powerful ways to engage clients and catapult our business into further success.

You’ll be an integral part of our well-established and growing team. This is a salaried position with no ‘on/off’ hours but comes with unlimited earning potential. The perfect candidate will be fully committed and will do what it takes to ensure the team’s continued shared success. This position is built on a foundation of integrity and trust and a passion for teaching and coaching. Responsibilities:

Work alongside leadership to develop and implement strategy and execute on team’s vision

Establish and promote a successful recruiting strategy aimed at attracting established and productive Valley agents

Interview, train, and retain a team of top-performing agents

Seek new and unique growth opportunities

Manage our sales funnel and CRM to optimize lead handoffs and opportunities

Ensure members of the team have the necessary resources to be successful

Oversee and stay informed on all competitor, customer, and market research

Provide coaching, accountability, and high-level leadership to the team

Oversee all agent’s activities and performance

Meet with agents to work on their sales scripts

Hold on or offsite team building events

Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue

Develop a scalable sales process and ensure agents adhere to it correctly

Qualifications:

Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly

Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead

Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy

High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales experience

Active real estate license in the state where you’ll be working with a history of successfully closing transactions (required)

Proven track record of sales success

Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills

Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible

Benefits:

$85,000.00+ first year earning potential, uncapped opportunity
