As a Top Scottsdale Real Estate Team, The MoJo Team knows the real estate market in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the surrounding areas.  Summer home sales here in Scottsdale are HOT, just like the weather outside. It’s hard to believe 2022 is nearly half over, but that means one of our favorite holidays is just around the corner – Fourth of July!  At MoJo Scottsdale, we not only love getting people into the home of their dreams, but we also love to share the happenings around the Valley of the Sun.   We want to help our clients make the most of living in one of the best metropolitan areas in the country.   Even if the weather during this time of year is scorching… but hey, at least it’s a dry heat!
