Like many Arizona residents Morgan is a transplant to the valley. He relocated in 2004 and began practicing real estate later the same year. Morgan received the Rookie of the Year Award his first year in practicing real estate. Since then Morgan has continued to build on upon that early success with consistent service, hard work, integrity and dedication to his clients and trade.
Morgan is happily married to his lovely wife Jamie and together they have 3 young boys. Morgan and Jamie both originally hail from other states, but met here in Arizona and have never left. Morgan said. We absolutely love Arizona and raising our family here, there is no place we would rather be!

Josh Hintzen
Josh is the co-founder of The MoJo Team and has brokered hundreds of residential real estate transactions throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the surrounding areas since 2004. He specializes in working with home buyers and sellers and thrives by providing exceptional client service by going above and beyond.
Josh brings a wealth of professional experience and knowledge to his role as Team Leader and Associate Broker. His approach to business situations is informed by his experiences as a successful real estate investor. He has personally renovated and updated over 50 homes throughout Scottsdale and the surrounding areas.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Josh has witnessed many changes throughout the valley. He graduated Brophy College Prep and St. Mary’s College of California with honors and a degree in Business Administration. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and three kids, playing basketball and golf, and hiking throughout Arizona.
