Just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed working with Morgan Hodges from the MoJo team. This is the second home I have sold with Morgan and the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. In both cases the homes sold very quickly (the first home sole in 38 days and the second in just 4 days). The key is to price the home correctly and Morgan provides you with all the details to show you the true value of your home. I have recommended Morgan to several other friends and their results have been very similar to mine. Wouldn’t work with anyone else!
